North Bay & Area RCIP Monthly Statistics: October 2025
Following our last update, we will be sharing monthly statistics that provide key insights about the pilot and takeaways that will shape our strategy moving forward.
As of the end of October, the North Bay & Area RCIP program has granted 109 candidates community recommendations, with many more under review. 45 applicants were successful this past month. Before the end of the calendar year, we will use our remaining allocations to assist skilled workers and support our employers. There are currently 157 businesses designated.
Of the candidates successful in October, the average score was 93 points. The highest scores were 111 and 108. These numbers highlight the quality of talent in both our candidate pool and communities.
Over the past few months of distributing community recommendations, the candidate and sector breakdown is as follows:
- 7 successful candidates from Business, Finance, and Administration.
- 26 successful candidates from Health.
- 32 successful candidates from Education, Law and Social, Community and Government Services.
- 14 successful candidates from Sales and Service.
- 30 successful candidates from Trades, Transportation, and Equipment Operators.
