North Bay & Area RCIP Intake Updates

Due to the overwhelming demand and interest in the North Bay & Area RCIP program, the November Intake Period (November 23, 12:00 am to November 29, 11:59 pm) will be removed from our calendar and cancelled. The last Intake Period for 2025 will be in late October (October 26, 12:00 am to November 1, 11:59 pm).

Employers – please ensure you submit all applications you wish to be considered this year prior to the October Intake Period ending. Applications submitted after or outside of this window will be removed from consideration and not receive review.

Allocations reserved for November/December will be redistributed to meet the demands of previous intake periods and prioritize those who are still awaiting updates.

While we understand the stress and frustration potential candidates face, it is ultimately the applicant’s responsibility to ensure their work permit is valid and to maintain their status in Canada. If there is concern that a work permit is going to expire, we encourage you to seek an extension or explore other immigration pathways.
